Hallo!!!... I haven't written in english in such a long time!... well, I guess I'll try to do my best :)ok... In case u're reading this and u don't know me, here's a little presentation of myself...
I'm Lee-Anne Stone, but evreybody calls me "Pollo" (little chicken). I'm 19 years old and I'll turn 20 tomorrow!! (April, 15th) so I'm kind of excited, 'cause we're planning lots of things to do. My friends are the best. I really love them. I actually have two groups of friends: the university ones and the school ones, and I love them all.I'm from Chile. I lived my entire life in a little city called Vallenar (placed in the third region of the country), but last year I started University, so I moved to Santiago de Chile (the capital). Now I'm studying journalism in Universidad de Chile. I just started second year. Hmmm... what else can I say about me.... I'm only child and my parents are divorced since I was a 7-year-old girl, so I practically lived my whole life just with my mom. We have an incredibly great relationship. I really miss her, although I thought it would be so much harder to be apart from her, but it hasn't been that difficult. I guess we got used to be more independent from eachother on 2006-2007. I was an exchange student through a program called AFS (American Feel Service). I went to Dallas, TX in U.S. It was an awesome experience. I think the best one in my life. It was pretty hard though. It's really weird to try to fit in a totally different culture, with different rules and a different family. But now that I look backwards, I really think that an experience like that should be promoted to everyone. You learn so many things!... Starting from language. If I hadn't gone there, I wouldn't be writing here. But besides that, how independent and mature you get; the way you learn how to appreciatte what you have; so many things that you learn in just a year. I think ppl change a lot being an ex change student... I changed a lot.
But too much with the exchanging thing... let's see what else can I tell you guys (or like a good texan would say: ya'll) about me and my life. I guess next time you'll be able to know a little bit more about my life... :)
see ya soon!!
